Martina Morello\u2019s musical signature is the exploration of different cultures through music. She begins her journey in Pordenone, Italy, and obtains her diplomas in clarinet and piano at Conservatorio di Udine. She continues her studies with Michel Lethiec at Conservatoire de Nice, in France, and with Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Rapin at the Haute \u00e9cole de musique de Lausanne. Thanks to the cultural grant of the Leenaards Foundation of Lausanne and as a recipient of the Rahms-Berkman scholarship, she pursues a master\u2019s in orchestral performance under the guidance of Pascual Mart\u00ednez-Forteza at the Manhattan School of Music in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has been awarded prizes by the Nicati de Luze Foundation in Lausanne, the Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe, and the Fuchs Chamber Music Competition in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Driven by her curiosity for different cultures and traditions, she explores a wide variety of musical genres and seeks collaborations with musicians from diverse backgrounds, blending their unique perspectives and styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has performed with numerous ensembles, both in chamber music and orchestral settings, across Europe, the United States, Africa, and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside her concert activity, Martina Morello is deeply committed to teaching. Her passion is to absorb the specific languages that characterize each music and to share them with her students, placing at the heart of her pedagogical practice the discovery of the musical language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is currently on the clarinet faculty at the Conservatoire de Lausanne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
